Conveniently located just off I-70 at the El Rancho / Evergreen Parkway exit, our dog-friendly patio and wide, expansive windows look right at one of the most stunning views in all of Colorado; the Continental Divide.
Although we are at 7,686 feet in elevation, it's not the lack of oxygen that will take your breath away. On the few days a year that we're not getting our 320 days of sunshine, you can cozy up on a couch by the fire and enjoy a cocktail to warm you up.

El Rancho was built in 1948 by the Jahnke family as a trading post. They sold the building in November 1953, to a family that kept it until 1988. The historic building was owned and operated by various families until May of 2015, when the Vincent family took over; and, after a huge renovation, opened El Rancho as a brew pub in November of 2015.
The updated El Rancho is dedicated to serving the community as a gathering place, preparing tasty meals, producing quality craft beer, and keeping Colorado great.

Here in Colorado, we're most comfortable in jeans, hiking boots, or flip-flops; and enjoy scenic atmosphere with good food and tasty brews.
We offer traditional pub food like burgers, wings, and even mac and cheese for the little tykes; but our specialty is our barbecue which is slow-cooked in our smokers. And for you healthy folks, we have salads and veggie burgers too!
